REPRODUCTION SERVICES
Mare and foal management, on-farm insemination with cooled/shipped semen, and more.
LAMENESS EXAMS
Lameness workups including local nerve blocks. Imaging such as digital radiology and ultrasounds available as needed.
ROUTINE DENTAL CARE
Routine dental exams and equilibrium performed using sedation and power dental tools.
MICROCHIPPING​

Microchipping is an easy way to positively identify a horse, and is required by many breed and performance registries.
Bridget Bourke, DVM
Dr. Bridget Bourke earned her bachelors in Equine Science from Colorado State in 2005, and proudly graduated from veterinary school at the top of her class from Texas A&M University in 2010. She completed two year-long internships after graduation, one in equine reproduction and ambulatory medicine, and a second at an equine referral hospital. She has practiced equine medicine in Arizona, Texas, and Florida.

Dr. Bourke is a true lifelong horsewoman who loves caring for horses, and really enjoys educating owners on all aspects of their horses’ care. Her focus on excellent client communication and client education will make a big impact on the quality of care your horse receives. She is also always learning and pursuing new veterinary knowledge and skills.
​
Dr. Bourke’s extensive show experience in hunters, jumpers, and eventing helps her to understand the needs of your sport horses, but she also holds a soft spot in her heart for the beloved backyard horse buddy, retired horses, broodmares and foals. In the last few years, Dr. Bourke has also become a proud goat owner, and has fallen in love with these curious, silly, sweet creatures.

Dr. Bourke lives in High Springs, Florida, with the world’s two cutest dogs and three goofy goats.
